A: Gluten-free brown rice powder 300g
A: Baking powder 6g
B: Sugar 150g
B: Vegetable oil 120g
B: Soymilk 75g
1: Mix all ingredients A in a bowl.
2: Mix all ingredients B in another bowl.
3: Add 2 into 1, mix them until dough becomes stiff.
4: Shape the dough by rolling 1inch balls, then flatten them.
5: Place the flatten dough balls on the baking sheet. Bake
at 180C degrees for 15 minutes.
