they are always spending time and effort on them.

【Recommended Recipes】


Mix Fruits Jelly

*Ingredients* for 3 servings  Cooking time: 20 minutes

1 can  ‘Japanese Fruits’ Mix Fruits

2g   Powder ‘kanten’ agar

1 tablespoon  Honey





1. Separate mix fruits from syrup. Put fruits into a mould.

2. Add water to syrup until the total becomes 250g. Start heating the liquid mixture and powder agar.

3. Stir while heating. Once bubbles come up, weaken the heat and heat for 2 minutes.

4. Stop heating. Add honey and cool down. Pour into the mould once cooled.

5. After completely cooled, take jelly out from the mould. Slice it for serving.

*You can use a milk carton as a mould so that it is easier to take jelly out when you serve.




Sweet Spring Roll for dessert

*Ingredients* for 4 servings  Cooking time: 30 minutes

1 can  ‘Japanese Fruits’ Mix Fruits

4 Spring rill wrapper

50g  Cream cheese

Dried raisin



1. Cut spring roll wraps diagonally.

2. Drain mix fruits well, and cut in pieces.

3. Put cream cheese on the edge of wrapper, and put fruits and raisin.

Roll the wrapper around filling. Seal it with flower mixed with water.

4. Pre-heat oven to 200c Celsius. Bake rolls in the oven from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.

(Until the edge gets golden brown.)




Fruits Punch

*Ingredients* for 6 servings  Cooking time: 5 minutes

1 can  ‘Japanese Fruits’ Mix Fruits

Fresh fruits you like

100cc Carbonated water (Carbonated water is better than sweet pop to enjoy fruits flavour better.)



1. Cut fruits in half.

2. Peel fresh fruits and cut in bite size.

3. Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well and serve.




Zuppa Inglese (Italian Dessert)

Liqueur is often used in Italy, but we use syrup instead in this recipe for kids.

*Ingredients* for 2 servings  Cooking time: 30 minutes

1 can  ‘Japanese Fruits’ Mix Fruits

50g Sponge cake

200cc Whipping cream

1 tablespoon  Sugar

100g  Yogurt

50g  Marshmallow (cut in half)

Chocolate sauce, Walnuts



1. Separate mix fruits from syrup. But fruits in dice-shaped.

2. Arrange bite-sized sponge cake into bottom of a glass bowl. Put syrup over cakes with brush.

3. Whip cream and sugar with hand mixer until yogurt-like firmness. Then add yogurt and mix.

4. Mix marshmallow with 3. Pour it into 2.

5. Flatten the surface, and add chocolate sauce. Put fruits and walnuts on top.

*You may enjoy right after it is ready, or cool it in a fridge for a night to make cakes and marshmallows absorb flavour.




Mixed Fruits Ice Milk Pop

Kids love this for sure!

*Ingredients* for 6 servings  Cooking time: 30 minutes (excluding freezing time)

1 can  ‘Japanese Fruits’ White peach

2 cans  ‘Japanese Fruits’ Mixed frits

A)  50g  Canned mixed fruits syrup

A)  250g Milk

50g Whipping cream

10g Sugar



1. Mix ingredients A in a bowl.

2. Whip cream with sugar into medium-firm peaks.

3. Mix 1 and 2 together.

4. Put bite-sized mixed fruits into moulds, then pour mixture gently.

5. Tap moulds to remove air. Put a stick in each mould and freeze for more than 8 hours.




Fruits Trifle

*Ingredients* for 2 servings  Cooking time: 3 minutes

1 can ‘Japanese Fruits’ Mix Fruits

100g Cream cheese

½ cup Whipping cream

4-5 tablespoon  Powder sugar

4  Sponge cake



1. Soften cream cheese in room temperature.

2. Add powder sugar and whipping cream into cream cheese.

3. Cut mix fruits into bite-size.

4. Organize dice-cut sponge cake, cream cheese and fruits into a glass to make it layered.
