The ingredients are shiratama with mugwort and bamboo grass powder kneaded into it, and red bean paste from Hokkaido. Please enjoy the flavor of the bamboo dumplings and the smooth texture of the shiratma.

Step 1 

Fill a mug with about 120 ml of water and place shiratama in it.

Heat it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

(Adjust the time considering the power strength of your microwave oven.)

Put the warmed shiratama into the cold water and let it cool.

 Arrange the shiratama in a bowl and top with the attached sauce or kinako.
